He advises companies on audit, taxation, corporate structures, and business strategy — with particular expertise in due diligence, corporate transactions, and valuations.
As a court-appointed expert in the Danish legal system, John has for many years contributed to cases involving the valuation of shares, real estate, and businesses.
Jan Richard is a Registered Auditor and legal professional with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Aarhus University.
He works with auditing, preparation of annual reports, budgeting, and advisory services within commercial and tax law.
Jan commutes between Sisimiut, Nuuk, and Denmark, assisting clients on both sides of the Atlantic with everything from company formations and reinstatements to strategic business advice.
With his board experience, he also advises owner-managed companies on board structure and corporate strategy.
